We were recommended Songhurst Caravans for a repair on our Coachman Pastiche, the service we received was incredible, we received updates all the time, so much so, that we also asked them to do a service. All the staff are a credit to this company. We would definitely recommend!!!

Great guys to deal with. As a caravan importer I've deal with quite a few sellers in my time. The guys at Songhurst were really friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Buying a caravan sight unseen and shipping it around the world can be a gamble. Our caravan turned up in great condition - really happy. Thanks heaps guys.

We have purchased a caravan from here. They are amazing!! Very very very helpful anything that needed to be known, they told us. They gave us a very thorough walk-through of the caravan before we left. Tim helped us find all the items we needed for the caravan and for caravan trips. We have just purchased our first caravan. After calling Songhurst for advice they found our perfect family caravan. We had a first visit and paid our deposit. Being newbies we had lots of questions and both Tim and James could not have been more helpful or friendly. When we collected our caravan we had a demo from Kevin. We left songhurst ready for our new adventures and will definitely use them for any caravan equipment we will need. A very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable team. Thank you

A brilliant swift service (forgive the pun) from Songhurst and dealt with by the lovely Kirsty - we had our caravan windows and furniture stolen - Kirsty liaised brilliantly with our insurance company and gave us realistic expectations of when the parts would arrive!!! And as soon as they did we were straight in - thanks all at Songhurst - highly recommended

First time buyer, we couldn’t fault Songhurst from start to finish. No pressure to buy and answered all our questions. We were shown how to use everything and we were pretty much set up to use our caravan once we drove it off of the forecourt. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable even the aftercare was amazing. All that is left is for us to start our adventures

We picked up our new to us Swift caravan today. Tim and all the staff were excellent. The handover was very informative, had the time to answer all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend them. Thankyou to all of the staff.

Had just picked up an old vintage caravan when I realised I needed some bits on a Sunday morning. I then had an extremely good experience at the caravan shop!The staff were tremendous and so helpful and soon had us on our way! Fabulous many thanks guys, Steve. 

Very helpful service received from Lynn who went above and beyond to assist me with locating parts for my caravan.

Stopped here on our way to Dover as out jockeywheel broke on route. It was after closing time but a really helpful guy couldn’t help enough and got it all sorted for us at a reasonable price. Wish every caravan shop was like this, well done and thank you.

James and the rest of the team were amazing from start to finish answering all of my questions to even going out of there way to help me, this is why I brought a caravan from this absolute amazing dealer! Thank you guys for your amazing work!

This is a five star review for a five star firm. The service received from James was not only exemplary but also kind and fun and we received a very fair price for the caravan we sold. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased with the service, went in to get camping gas exchanged with my what I thought was an almost empty bottle, bought a new one, and was in my car ready to leave. When a lovely young lady came running over to my car saying that she’s things the old one still had a fair bit in it. We went back inside and weighed them to see the difference and it’s almost full. The lady offered me a full refund without me even asking. Great service, will definitely recommend and go again myself for my camping needs.

Top-notch caravan centre service. They kept us informed what’s needed on the caravan pleased with a price and the service. Very helpful a lot to choose from them Was very quick as well thank you very much guys and thank you to dean who carried out the service.

I cannot praise Songhurst Caravans enough. They are friendly, professional, and really go the extra mile for you. We recently bought our caravan from them as complete novices and they could not have been more patient and helpful (especially James). My purchasing experience was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. They have said that if we have any questions ‘on the road’, we can contact them and they will FaceTime us to help us! I thought that this was a lovely personal touch. 5 star. Thoroughly recommend.

Bought our caravan from Songhursts and have been really pleased with it. Sadly for health reasons we had to sell and Songhursts dealt with everything for us and it is off to its new home. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommende them.
